Description
Right hand screen (right to left):
First month: Chickens and pine
Second month: Bush warbler and plum
Third month: Small birds (probably wagtails) and cherry blossoms
Fourth month: Butterflies and peonies
Fifth month: Snipe and iris
Sixth month: Swallows and willow

Left hand screen (right to left):
Seventh month: White egrets among reeds
Eighth month: Water bird (probably night heron) on hemlock, with full moon reflected below
Ninth month: Dove (possibly aobato) and asters, drying rice
Tenth month: Pigeons (dobato) and maple
Eleventh month: Crows in larch tree
Twelfth month: Winter peony beneath straw with sparrows
