Coptic and Arabic script on beige paper

Both Coptic and Arabic script are written in black ink on beige paper, which is rectangular and oriented with the longest side vertical. The Coptic text takes up about two-thirds of the paper from the left, while the Arabic script is directly next to it on the right. Red dots and marks are scattered on the paper. The paper is bound to multiple other pages by thread on the right side.
