Descriptions Description Small wide-mouthed jar with short neck and two striated loop handles; three small feet on base; light-gray earthenware with blackened surface and bands of geometric decoration impressed around the waist and neck of jar. Commentary Compare to: Small jar of closely related form with two loop handles and decorative bands but without the geometric decor excavated in 2010 from a mid- to late Spring and Autumn period (6th-5th century BCE) earth-mound tomb near Mount Zhenshan, Suzhou, Jiangsu province, now in the Archaeological Institute of Suzhou City.
