A landscape painting depicts a cluster of buildings and a line of trees at the base of two large mountains.

A landscape painting depicts two large mountains, their bases meeting in the center of the image. The sky above the mountains is bright blue, with a few small clouds. At the base of the mountains, there are several white and red-brown buildings, clustered at the left-hand side. There is a line of trees beginning at the buildings and extending across the base of the mountains. The bottom half of the frame consists of a bright green field, which tapers off into white space.
