Provenance: Matilda Talbot to Harold White, with a dealer, to Gilman Paper Company, Exhibited 1989 at Metropolitan Museum in "Pencil of Nature" show, sold by Gilman to present owner. Used for reproduction of plate 3 in Hans P. Kraus' "Facsimile of Pencil of Nature".
