A drawing of six figures in an interior.

The drawing in watercolor on tracing paper depicts six figures in an interior. The room is white, with mosaic motifs on the floor. A statue of a nude man with a sword and shield stands on a central pedestal above the six figures, who are lit by a candle on a column to the left of the statue. The leftmost figure, in profile, wears a white robe and holds a scroll out before them, facing right. At the center is a woman wearing a blue and yellow garment, reclining against a seated man’s waist. The man, seated on a bench, is dressed in a blue robe with a red cape, his left hand on the reclining woman’s shoulder and his right hand outstretched. Behind the reclining woman and seated man is a seated woman in blue and lavender robes, her arm over the back of her chair, looking at the leftmost figure’s scroll. On the far right are two robed men, the rightmost with his hand to his chin.
