Description
Of shallow circular form with scalloped rim, chased and repoussé with radiating panels of stylized acorns and scrolls, the center with a reeded lozenge enclosing a later (probably nineteenth century) engraved crest of a cock, with two shell-form handles; the reverse engraved with an escutcheon enclosing traces of erased initials F over IE
