Catalogue entry no. 362 by Max Loehr:

362 Jade Spearhead in a Bronze Socket
Slender, leaf-shaped blade with strong, tapering midribs, extremely sharp, faceted edges, and a tapering socket with a thick rope-like roll around it. The blade is fashioned of celadon-green jade with brown and dark gray markings; the surface is polished to a high gloss. Incised on the socket and base of the blade are angular patterns, which are partly effaced. The bronze socket narrows from its concave aperture to fit exactly into the hollowed-out end of the jade socket; it is provided with longitudinal ribs, one of which has disappeared under a lump of oxidized iron adhering to the surface. Early Easter Chou.
